When I stand I'm breathless?

Hi, I am a 55 year old male. My bp drops by 15mm when I stand. My heart rate goes up 20 to 30. I feel breathless and dizzy. It's been 1 year. No diagnosis by specialists. Ecg, blood work, x-rays are normal. I'm always weak and tired. It's worse now and I am bedridden. I can't even sit. When I stand I am dizzy, nauseous, weak, and can't breathe. I cant talk also. I have pressure in my chest, throat, ears, head. My ears are ringing continuously. A few months ago a scan of my stomach found a hiatal hernia. I take antacid which helps a bit. What are these symptoms?

This is not a GI problem, so you don't need me, a gastroenterologist.
The BP and heart rate issues might be a sign of autonomic dysfunction. An endocrine disorder is also possible. You need a good PCP to order the right tests or get you to the right specialist to make a diagnosis.
