You most likely should not be walking after a dislocation injury. Offloading and casting can be used to help the surrounding ligaments heal for several weeks. I always recommend following up with a physician for concerns!
it depends on how Much soft tissue damage you have associated with this injury
Was surgery needed to relocate the injury, was any imaging performed to determine ligaments and tendons..
I would use caution and use a cam walker and crutches. As early as a couple of weeks and as long as 2 months.

Hi! This is situation dependent. Soft tissue takes 4-6 weeks to heal and bone takes 6-8 weeks to heal. I would speak with your provider.
If you had a true ankle dislocation, usually the ankle is fractured in several places. Most ankle dislocations require surgery to repair fractures and/or repair tendons and ligaments involved. The blood supply and nerves are often involved, also. So if you truly had an injury like this, it will be up to your surgeon to decide when it is OK for you to walk (protected ambulation or normal weight-bearing). So it would be best for you to ask your personal surgeon.
This will depend on severity and pain. I would discuss with your treating practitioner. If you are not seeing anyone, I recommend you make an appointment with a foot and ankle surgeon (podiatrist) for diagnosis and other treatment options
