“When should you worry about a baby's fever?”
My baby is 8 months old. She has a fever for 2 days. Should I take her to a doctor?

The worry depends partly on the degree of the temperature - getting 102 or more, should get her checked - as well as does the fever goes down with Tylenol and when it does go down, how is the baby acting. Does she perk up and play or is she still lethargic or overly crabby? - If she acts normal after the temp is down, you can probably watch for another day or so but if her behavior doesn't improve with Tylenol, she needs to be seen.
