The pancreatic pain is felt in the middle of the abdomen going straight to the midback. Sometimes, it radiates to the left upper abdomen. May be worse within minutes after eating or drinking],.and specially when eating food with high fat content. Thank you.
Usually in the back or left quadrant.

It is usually located in the middle of the abdomen just above the belly button. Some people feel more diffuse generalized pain and some people have left upper quadrant pain.
Generally, the upper abdomen and the pain may radiate to the back. Pancreatitis is associated with nausea and vomiting. Pancreatic CA is generally not symptomatic until late.
