Where to get glasses?

I don't have any symptoms. But I want to wear glasses. What do I do? What kind of glasses would you recommend? What advice would you give me concerning my desire to wear glasses?

Most people wear eyeglasses to correct vision problems or they wear sunglasses to protect their eyes and eyelids from sun damage or even blue blocker lenses to protect their eyes from our cell phone’s ultraviolet light. I suggest seeing your local Optometrist for a vision test and eye health exam. They usually have an optical with a large selection of frames to choose from. An optician will help you find a frame that fits the bridge of your nose and is balanced properly on your face for good fit and comfort as well as style.
Get a refraction done by your eye doctor
Don’t wear them. If you must get a pair of sunglasses. If you just must have them Go to Costco or Warby Parker.
From your question, I assume you don’t need glasses for better vision. People wear glasses as a fashion accessory or to look more studious or business-like. You can just go to any optical chain and try on frames. Then ask them to put Plano lenses (no correction) in them.
My profession helps people get out of glasses. You should find an optician or optometrist.
I would recommend that you get an eye exam whether you have symptoms or not. The eye exam would rule out any eye disease that you are not aware of. You can purchase lenses that block blue light to protect your eyes when using electronics and cell phones. You should wear lenses that offer 100% UV protection when you are outdoors.
