Many antidepressants can be bad for your health. You always have to weigh risk and benefits. Celexa can prolong QTC interval. Remeron, Paxil, Prozac you can gain weight. Side effect of Effexor can increase blood pressure. Side effect of Wellbutrin lower seizure threshold. With that being said. Not every patient has side effects. Paxil and celexa can cause heart issues for inuterune fetus if a mother was taking them. You just have to know risk benefits and side effects of medication and person experience when deciding on antidepressants
There is no specific answer to your questions. When you see a doctor, they should be able to explain to you what would be the best option for you depending on your weight, height, race, blood pressure, and many other factors that are taken into consideration before prescribing an antidepressant. Hope you are able to find a doctor who can explain these things in detail to you.
