I am a 32 year old male. I want to know which position is the best to stop bleeding from the nose?

HEAD LOOKING STRAIGHT FORWARD. SPRAY AFRIN NASAL SPRAY IN THE NOSTRIL, THEN PINCH THE NOSE FOR 5-10 MINUTES. IF STILL BLEEDING, AND A LOT OF BLOOD, GO TO THE ER
Pinch the nostrils closed, tilt your head back. Do this for about 5-10 minutes. If the bleeding persists, seek medical attention.
Sitting upright while pinching the nose and breathing through your mouth.
Sitting up and holding CONSTANT pressure on the nose as high on the cartilage as possible
