While healing from a dental bone graft, can you get cavities in other teeth treated, or have a full-mouth x-ray (or CBCT) taken?

Regarding a dental bone graft done after tooth extraction in preparation for a future implant. When you have a dental bone graft that is healing, can (potential) cavities in other teeth be treated, or would the bone graft be disturbed? Similarly, when you have a dental bone graft that is healing, can you get x-rays (or CBCT scan) of the full mouth to check for cavities and a cavity check is done by a dentist, or would the bone graft be disturbed? (Whether disturbed mechanically, or the healing tissue being injured by the x-ray/CBCT radiation or x-ray/CBCT process.)

Yes you are able to have X-rays, CBCT and other cavities treated
Yes, you can absolutely get cavities in other teeth. If the cavities are near the bone graft, better to wait a few months for healing than possibly disturb the area. CBCT or X-rays will not hurt the healing bone graft.
