“Why I've been hurting?”
I really don't how to explain this or where to start but anyways. I've been feeling like I've pulled something in my back around the shoulder, when I use my arm it feels strange around my armpit and sometimes I feel pain down my arm. It sometimes goes up to my neck. It has been like this for at least two weeks, can you please help me?

If there has been no trauma it is most likely a out of place rib head or muscles cramping. I would try a massage or chiropractor first.
