“What can make all this happen in a male?”
I'm having a sulfur smell all the time sweating in my stool in my pee. I’m having a sore chest and nipples and I am also nauseated and stomach cramping a lot.

Sulfur smell may come from an inherited disorder of methionine. You need to be assessed by a doctor familiar with this. You may be misidentifying the odor; it could be fetor hepatis from advanced liver disease. Your sore nipples could come from liver disease as well. Methadone can cause nausea and cramps, but so can many other things. Again, you need to see an appropriate doctor.
