“Why am I having abdominal pain?”
I am 22 years old, and I am having severe pain in my lower back and abdominal. My period is also 10 days delayed now. I took a pregnancy test, but it was negative. I have been very stressed this last month. What is causing this pain, and what should I do about it?

You need a pelvic exam and/or a pelvic ultrasound to evaluate for a pelvic mass and suspected endometriosis.
