“Why are my teeth shifting?”
I had a back tooth taken out last week. I have noticed that my teeth are shifting a little bit. I wear my retainer every night and I have been since my braces were taken off 3 years ago. I’m not sure what to do.

The teeth will migrate into the space... so the space requires a bridge or implant.
You need to be examined by an orthodontist.Your retainer may need an adjustment or possibly a new one is needed.
