Acid reflux is usually related to irritants in your diet; such as coffee, chocolate, citrics, garlic, spicy food and others
Your physician will be able to help you.
I have to assume that when you say "acid reflux," it means you get heartburn, which is the symptom that happens when stomach acid enters the esophagus. This could happen more often if there is a hiatal hernia present or if the muscle between the esophagus and stomach is weak. If you get frequent heartburn ,then you should see a GI doctor to get evaluated and make sure that you are not getting any complications.
