“Bloody stool?”
Hello, this previous Saturday I drank a couple of margaritas while eating dinner. The next morning on Sunday, I had diarrhea and went at least 10 times. Around 4:00 pm on Sunday I noticed that I was pooping red diarrhea (I think it's blood) and it happened twice but only in small doses. It also never appeared on toilet paper when I wiped. I have had some stomach cramps (even now) but have had regular bowel movements without blood or diarrhea. Do you think this is from the alcohol or something worse?

Go see a doctor. Get a colonoscopy.
You may have upset your intestinal tract with alcohol or something you ate. I cannot tell if there is any significant bleeding, but multiple stools can cause hemorrhoids to bleed. If the diarrhea and bleeding have resolved, then no further action is needed.
