“Why do I get panic attacks after drinking?”
Every time I drink alcohol I get panic attacks. What could be the cause?

In order to adequately answer your question I would need to know what symptoms you experience as a "panic attack", how much you drink on a regular base, and a couple of other information.
I really don't know, but suspect alcohol increases your anxiety. Jack L. Underwood, M.D.
Alcohol can increase anxiety for some people. I would recommend considering some therapy to further explore.
