The fluid buildup in the scrotum can be caused by various factors. One possible cause is a condition called hydrocele, which occurs when fluid collects around the testicle. It is often harmless and may resolve on its own. Another potential cause could be a varicocele, which is an enlargement of the veins in the scrotum that can lead to a buildup of fluid. Infections or injury to the scrotum could also result in fluid accumulation. It's important to consult with a healthcare professional for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment options based on your specific situation.
Get to a doctor who can examine the problem and maybe do an ultrasound.
