My stomach feels warm, I'm shaking, I have gas also I can't sleep. Why do I have these stomach symptoms?

Some of what you describe is GI, and some is not. It's likely that more than just a GI problem is going on since GI problems usually don't cause shaking or insomnia. A proper work up with a pediatrician is in order if these symptoms are chronic.
