Why do I have various pain?

On July 1, I had a mammogram and it turned out negative. I still have burning under my arms, pain in my left shoulder, and sometimes pain in various parts of my left breast. My armpit discomfort began first. Then pain in the left shoulder. Then pain in the left breast in various places. I also have pain in the back of the neck and back of the shoulders.

Get an MRI of your C spine.
This definitely sounds like nerve pain. You should see a pain physician for an evaluation. I would most likely start with a nerve medication such as gabapentin.

Hello. The most common reason I have seen in Women your age with these symptoms are a frozen shoulder , known as adhesive capsulitis), Rotator cuff bursitis or tearing (less common) and rarely nerve irritation. You can easily define the capsulitis by standing in front of a mirror and move both arms. Any increased pain or altering of motion makes the diagnosis. Women often cannot get to their bra in the back. Rotator cuff tendonitis usually have normal motion but with pain. Nerve pain is more constant. Your breast pain is likely due to irritation to the pectoral muscles in each case. You should discuss this with your PCP and if all else normal seek an Orthopedic evaluation. Good luck.
