“Why does my Invisalign hurt after a year?”
I have been continuously using Invisalign but it still hurts. Is this normal?

Every time you put in a new tray, it is tight and might hurt a little. You are moving teeth and bone.
If you are wearing the aligners 20-22 hrs per day it is normal to have the teeth hurt for a day or two each time you switch to a new aligner. If are inconsistent with your wear soreness will be more frequent. If you are consistent and they still hurt you should definitely bring this up to you orthodontist or general dentist.
