Why have I recently been having leg pain only when lying down but not when standing?

Lately my legs have begun to ache when I've been lying down for a while (usually 30+ min). This only happens when lying down and the only way to relieve the pain is to either stand up or rollover. But when I roll over, the relief is only temporary. It's worst when I'm trying to sleep and I've started taking ibuprofen at night for it. Could there be some sort of health condition relating to my legs?

This can only be determined by exam or diagnostics. It can be bad circulation, strain on the nerves of the back, something could be torn or many different reasons.
It's unlikely to be any vascular issue given your young age. Sounds more like a musculoskeletal issue. Check with your medical doctor and they can refer you to an orthopedic specialist for evaluation.
You could have a health condition related to your legs. I recommend that you first see your Medical Primary Care Physician check your legs and Heart thoroughly. If all is fine with that, you could then seek either Physical Therapy or Chiropractic care for help. First, though, make sure nothing more serious is going on with your legs or the Cardiovascular system supplying blood to your legs. I hope you get better soon and it is nothing serious.
Please see your primary care physician and get your pulses checked.
