High blood pressure is one of the risk factors for heart attack. You probably had high blood pressure before heart attack and it was diagnosed when you went to the hospital with heart attack.
BP May be high before and during heart attack. Therefore proper control and management is necessary to protect against heart attack.
Pressure does not have to be high following a heart attack. Proper medical management would take care of that.
