“Why is my menstrual flow lighter than normal and why were my cramps very minimal and not long lasting than normal?”
I started my period yesterday morning and I had cramps for maybe 10 minutes and they usually last atleast half n hour and I also noticed that my flow is a lot lighter than normal. On top of that I've also had a slight headache most of the day and more mood swings than usual

You know? Our bodies are something else. Sometimes we’ll have a heavier period and sometimes we’ll have a lighter period, only to return to our normal periods. Take a pregnancy test and if it’s negative, celebrate this light period month! Of course, if you have any major issues, you should always speak with your provider to have an individualized evaluation.
