“Why is my sciatica pain on the opposite side of where the impingement is?”
My MRI results showed a nerve that was being affected thus causing my pain but the doctor said it was on my left side but all my pain is on my right side. Why is this?

Tough to say....you could be compensating, or another cause of pain....
