“Why is the autism spectrum so broad?”
I am a 42 year old male. I want to know why is the autism spectrum so broad?

Biological world is always variable and has broad spectrum. One individual is always different from another. Guess that’s the nature.
It is in my opinion because of the overlap of symptoms in several different disorders without much clear ethology.
Because there are many degrees of autism. Often we use the term autism spectrum disorder.
