I am a 19 year old female. I want to know if I need glasses if I have astigmatism?

Most likely. Depends on the amount of astigmatism.
Astigmatism can be corrected with glasses or contact lenses.
It depends how much astigmatism you have. Astigmatism is when the front of the eye is not completely round so it causes some distortion in your vision. The glasses are formed to correct for that distortion. Some astigmatism does not cause much blurriness. It depends how well you can see without your glasses. If you get glasses, you might really appreciate them.
