Yes, your teeth will definitely shift in a two week period. It may not be so drastic that you couldn't get a retainer on, but it could be and you would have to do some sort of Retreatment. Check with you're dentist as soon as possible.
Of course, they will, and soon they will have shifted enough you won't be able to recover the prior [more ideal?] position without more orthodontics. You've invested so much to get to 'just the retainer', so, just wear the retainer.
