“Wrist dent?”
I have a dent on the side of my wrist idk what it is or caused by?

I would need more info to give you good answer. Which side or part of wrist? Any trauma or slow over time? Any pain, loss of motion, loss of strength, crunching/ grinding? Is defect soft or firm? So if hard think ganglion cyst, bone spur, wrist injury causing bone deformity. Soft then again maybe cyst, tendonitis. I would observe for 4-6 weeks unless painful, red, loss of function. If you have any other symptoms but a visual deformity then you should see a physician. Good luck.
