“Are chiropractic adjustments effective for neck muscle pain?”
I am a 35-year-old male with chronic neck muscle pains. Are chiropractic adjustments effective for neck muscle pain?

Usually it does. But need to be examined first with the x-ray to have a definitive diagnosis and answer.
Most definitely, I do a thorough orthopedic and neurological exam to determine the type of adjusting and will order X-rays to visualize any pathologies before manipulating the cervical spine.
Yes, chiropractic adjustments are very helpful for chronic neck muscle pain. The cervical spinal nerves that exit between the neck vertebrae flow directly to the muscles in that area. The nerves allow for muscle contraction and sensation such as pain and pressure. By releasing the nerve pressure and allowing the nerve flow to the muscle, the muscles will relax and pain will diminish. Since the cervical vertebrae are mobile to allow for motion, the adjustment is easy and effective. I would recommend seeing a chiropractor for chronic neck pain for sure.
Yes, they are very effective. Chronic issues usually have an underlying issue that is stopping them from healing. Chiropractors can find the underlying issue and treat accordingly. Whether by spinal adjustment or therapy.

Yes because the nerves from the neck go to the muscles of the neck. If the nerve is pressed upon by a bone being out of alignment it can effect the muscles.
