Blood disorder in 2 year old baby?

My 2 year old baby can stand, sit, can walk 4 to 5 ft without support, run in walker, but when I consulted my pediatrician, he asked for her CBC and CT scan Brain plain. The Dr. suggested iron supplements for one month.

A 2 year old should be running on their own. The CT is abnormal but there are many varied causes. The CBc shows a low MCV that is consistent with iron deficiency. Iron deficiency can cause developmental delays and should be treated. However you may need MRI or see neurology for better determination of brain changes and delays.
Hello

Low iron or anemia is common in a 2 year old. It likely is not a blood disorder but just low iron from the diet. This is very common.
