“Why did my blood pressure shoot up after swimming?”
I went for a swim yesterday and when I came out I felt very anxious. The doctor checked my blood pressure and it was quite high. I don’t have hypertension, so why would my blood pressure suddenly shoot up?

I don't know but you need to follow up with your Dr. You may have hypertension after all (exercise induced)
