“Can I go for a sauna with my blood pressure problem?”
I am suffering from high blood pressure and hypertension. Do you think I can go to a sauna with my high blood pressure?

Saunas causes blood vessels to open and relax and decrease pressure. I do not know your full history. Check with your own doctor first.
It is ok to go in the sauna as long as it is not for extended periods of time. If you begin to feel light headed, dizzy or notice any changes in vision then best to avoid it. Maybe 10-15 minutes maximum.
That depends on how well your blood pressure is controlled with medication. I would consult with your doctor.
Patients with controlled high blood pressure might be able to use a sauna without any negative effects. People with uncontrollable hypertension should talk to their medical doctor before experiencing intense and sudden temperature changes.

Most recommendations advise against it. I do not know how well controlled your blood pressure is or your electrolyte status and hydration levels. Best to avoid or limit the time to less than 10min
