I am experiencing a lot of body pain with my fever. Is there anything I can do to treat this?

Take Tylenol up to 1000mg 3x/day as long as you have no allergy or sensitivity to it.
Yes you can easily treat this by using over-the-counter medication such as Tylenol 325 mg 4x/day alternating with ibuprofen 200 mg 3x/day for adults and children over 12
