Entrapped sensory nerve.
This sounds like nerve pain. Consult a chiropractor and a neurologist to get the best diagnosis.

Abnormal sensation in your legs could be a result of nerve irritation in your low back. The best thing to do is to consult a chiropractor to isolate the source of your pain.
This could be a circulation problem. How did this happen? Is it a pulled muscle? However, in most cases we see that it is the nerves in the spine and the legs that are the causation. . Many cases, it is a sciatic neuritis that results from a lumbar bulging disc may be the cause. In addition, the nerve and muscle can be treated with physio-therapy with electronic acuscope -- a great modality to treat this.
Full treatment from a chiropractor may help. This will include modality or machine eg. Laser, IFC, massage and manipulation.

An examination needs to be completed to find out if there is a sciatic issue or nerve entrapment or if its muscular etc.
The short answer is maybe. Was there some incident that caused the burning sensation? It depends on the cause, go and get a consult with a chiropractor and they will be able to examine you.
If sounds like a subluxation and nerve impingement but we would have to assess to see what's causing it. There are many factors involved here. I would highly recommend you see a Chiropractor but it's not going to be a 1 adjustment and I'm out of here. It's not just about getting the symptom to go away. it's about being under a corrective treatment plan so it doesn't come back. If you're in NJ we can help. Call 201-265-0555. If not we will find you a good Chiropractor
Burning sensation is typically a nerve problem
In my experience, the most common cause of burning in the anterior thigh region is femoral neuritis. Could be many other ailments, but this is the most common in my practice.

Totally depends on what your examination would determine. I have helped people who have diffuse leg pain if it is nerve related. A complete chiropractic exam with X-rays should help determine if a chiropractic adjustment could help your current leg pain.
Yes, if the the pain is from a pinched nerve, chiropractics can handle that.
Burning pain is called Causalgia and can be caused by muscular injury or impingement of sensory fibers of nerves going to your thighs which originate in the lumbar spine. A Chiropractor would be a great choice to evaluate the cause of this issue. Hope I helped, Got your back! Dr Todd Gewant
There are many things that could be causing that pain .... it could be a pinched nerve but it could also be something else. I would recommend getting an evaluation to determine what might be causing your pain. If a chiropractor doesn’t think it’s a pinched nerve they should refer you to the appropriate healthcare professional. Best of luck to you!
