I am a 32 year old male. I wonder if I can drink beer 24 hours after a tooth extraction?

You should wait a week for anything carbonated. As far as the alcohol, not if you are taking any prescription pain medication.
It is a good idea to avoid all carbonated beverages (soda, beer, sparkling water, etc.) for at least 48 hours after a tooth extraction.
You may have ONE beer. Brush your teeth afterwards. Blood alcohol levels may increase more if you are on medications, so do not drive or operate heavy equipment /knives.
