Yes the wire is easily removed and re-positioned. The key is the dental implant needs to be placed in harmony with the anticipated position of your teeth and corresponding bite. There needs to be collaboration between the dentist performing the braces, the surgeon and the restoring dentist for optimum results.
Preferably not wait until your ortho is completed and you have a retainer then get the dental implant
Since implants are anchored in bone, they never change position and therefore are always done once orthodontic treatment has been completed. Your orthodontist needs to coordinate with the individual placing the implant to create the ideal space and position for the future placement of implant.
Are you in active treatment with braces? If you are, it depends if there is enough room for an implant. If you are in retention, the answer is yes.

Hi, you can get implants after you are done with your ortho treatment/ braces. Your teeth will still be shifting during your treatment hence it will be difficult to access exactly where to place the implants. But once your braces come off you should be good to go.
Yes, but you should complete your orthodontic treatment before getting the implant unless the orthodontist needs the implant to help move the teeth.
