I am a 28 year old male. I want to have laser eye surgery so I no longer need glasses. Can I go to the gym after laser eye surgery?

For the first 24 hours, you will want to rest, but after your 1 day post-op visit if everything went well, you should be able to go to the gym.
The main concerns will be inadvertent injury, exposure to dust, fumes or infectious material. Guidance varies in accordance with the health of the individual and his or her underlying eye conditions, as well as the specific nature of the laser eye surgery and the preferences of the surgeon.
You would likely need to rest for at least 1-3 days after LASIK and at least a week after PRK.
