I am a 22 year old female. I use mouthwash every day. Can I swallow my saliva after mouthwash?

No, it won't hurt you. But try to spit out most of it.
Try to spit out thoroughly after using mouthwash & then swallow.
Only use mouthwash that DOES NOT contain alcohol. Spit out. Anything left over you can swallow. Do not rinse with water.

After you spit out your mouthwash, there may be a bit left over in you saliva. The small amount of remaining mouthwash in your saliva should not be harmful if you swallow it.
