As long as there is no ferrous metal hardware associated with your spinal fusion, then an MRI would be okay, but it is always safer to ask your surgeon.

Yes, especially if the fusion is completely bone and there is no hardware. Now, much of the hardware is MRI compatable, too.
If the hardware is not ferrous (iron or steel containing), most today are titanium, Carbon fiber or a special plastic...PEEK, then the answer is yes. There is no reason in that case, why you cannot have an MRI.
Yes, most implants in the past decade are MRI compatible, but the exact implants will be checked before the MRI is performed to make sure that they are MRI compatible.
