I do not know what type of gum infection you have. Have you seen your dentist? Were you told that you have gum disease? Before you use salt water do you floss correctly daily and do you brush correctly daily. You have to remove the plaque and other debris from your teeth and gumline before you use the salt water rinses.
You have to control gum disease with correct flossing and correct brushing and tongue cleaning and rinsing your mouth and gargling with warm salt water. You can also irrigate your gum line tissues with a water irrigator. Some examples are the water pixs. Finger flossing is the best and brushing correctly back and forth at
The gumline is soothing to your mouth tissues.
You will be surprised at the tiny particles of food that are still present after flossing and brushing.
Water pix are great for patients who have problems with manual dexterity and want to take care of their teeth.
