Yes, it can. Check around and find someone near you who has experience with that or is willing to do the research into it.

Acupuncture helps prevent a miscarriage when you find out the roots by checking pulses and tongue reading.
Acupuncture helps to balance the body and is used quite often to maintain balance during pregnancy. Look for an acupuncturist in your area who has experience treating pregnancy. I personally have successfully helped patients maintain healthy pregnancies. I believe you can find someone who will help you too.
What ever the reasons you are threaten with miscarriage, acupuncture and TCM (Chinese herbal medicine) can help to prevent the occurrence. Also helps keep mother healthy toward delivery, thus, baby's health.
It would depend on the cause of the miscarriage. Acupuncture can help bring your body back into it's own natural balance. In that way, it might be able to contribute to maintaining a pregnancy.
Acupuncture and herbal medicine can help a patient to prepare for a successful natural pregnancy. We also help patients who are undergoing fertility treatments. Our therapy helps to prepare and support the body to have the most successful outcome. Lifestyle and age of the patient are very important and they are contributing factors to a successful pregnancy.

Yes acupuncture can certainly help to prevent a miscarriage, by increasing circulation and supporting the organs and their functions.

Acupuncture & Chinese medicine (TCM) absolutely contribute to 10%-15% increased chances to prevent miscarriage with assisted reproductive technologies (ART). Acupuncture can stabilize the pregnancy and regulate hormones for preventing miscarriage. Chinese herbal medicines can contribute to an improved circulation in the fallopian tubes and uterus. Definitely check with your primary care/OB-Gyn physician to see if TCM would be a healthy option to consider.

Acupuncture may be able to prevent a miscarriage. The best way to prevent this is to have Acupuncture before the pregnancy begins to strengthen the uterus and embryo connection. Acupuncture can release hormones such as progesterone but if normal levels are still low a supplement may be needed as well. Bedrest may be recommended for those with perpetual miscarriages.
Yes, there are ways to prevent miscarriages. Basically, acupuncture will help to balance energy and metabolism in the body without using medication, and allows the body to self heal and adjusts its system with no side effects.

Most interesting question I have had on here today! :-)
So... in the theory of how our medicine works, you have energies in your body that hold things in place and move upwards, and those that move downwards. Miscarriage is often caused by the mother's body being too weak for a pregnancy, in our system. Symptoms/signs of this would be-- easiest to observe is tiny ears... this indicates born with a deficiency inherited from the parents. No libido (paleness of complexing, fatigues) or REALLY HIGH libido with red flushing of the cheeks (malar flush, maybe anxiety, sleep issues especially falling asleep, etc.). History of back or knee problems (governed by the life force energy I'm talking about, specifically Kidney Essence if you were talking to a practitioner). Bone development, slow development, learning disabilities, teeth problems, etc., are all kidney essence symptoms. You don't have to have every single one and shouldn't at 32, but if you have a couple, that is the only confirmation necessary).
So, to strengthen kidneys essence, I would put you on royal jelly and cordyceps mushrooms to strengthen that mildly. This can also strengthen the child significantly.
If the Spleen energy (the upwards energy and holding energy I was discussing earlier) is deficient, you will be experiencing some of the following: poor appetite, loose stools, bloating after meals... craving food that is dampness forming (dampness is not the same as moisture, it is a diagnostic term in Chinese medicine and foods that cause dampness are: fried, greasy or cheesy foods, dairy, too much meat, sugary foods especially with refined sugars. The body will crave what helps or makes it sick... sometimes the things that help if consumed in too large amounts makes us sicker due to excess consumption. So when you hear your cravings ask for sweet, only give them fruits and natural sources of sugar.
So, all that being said, yes, it can help. It also helps with fertility.... libido... menstrual symptoms, and menopause as well.

Together with herbs acupuncture can help to hold the fetus and to secure a healthy blood supply to the fetus helping to prevent miscarriage.
This depends on why one is having a miscarriage. They are natures way of saying this will not turn out well. Getting acupuncture prior to getting pregnant is best.
It can be depending on many factors. You may want to make an appt with your local acupuncturist to discuss your case.
A lot will depend on why miscarriage is occurring. There are a variety of reasons both from the standpoint of conventional medicine and the standpoint of Chinese medicine why this situation might happen.
Sometimes miscarriage is related to immune response and inflammation. If this is your case, we can make a solid argument for acupuncture as it has been shown to down regulate the inflammatory response via a number of immune factors. You'd probably also want to utilize conventional medicine in tandem with acupuncture in this case.
For other possible reasons, the effectiveness of acupuncture could be highly variable. I don't work a lot with fertility issues, so I can't really comment further - except to say:
When dealing with complicated issues like fertility, pregnancy and child-bearing, you need to make sure you're at least seeing a board certified state licensed acupuncturist rather than some other provider who is offering "acupuncture" as a side business. You especially want someone who is also ABORM (American Board of Oriental Reproductive Medicine) certified.
To find practitioners with these certifications, you can go to ABORM.org and NCCAOM.org where there will be "Find a Practitioner" lookup to get a list of local providers.
