Can an inflamed gallbladder heal itself?

I am a 42 year old male and I have an inflamed gallbladder. Can an inflamed gallbladder heal itself?

No sure what you mean by "inflamed" gallbladder. If you mean that you have gallstones and that they are causing cholecystitis, then yes this can go away on its own, but on the other hand, it may not and can require surgery. Once gallstones start to cause problems, then it tends to keep happening multiple times until surgery is done.
If it’s not bad enough to put you in the hospital, it might. Try a very low-fat diet.
