I am a 33 year old male. I want to know if anesthesia can cause blurry vision?

Possible, especially on emergence. Should not last beyond a few hours.
Many of the medications used in anesthesia may cause blurry vision temporarily. If you have a general anesthetic, some providers will put a moisturizing goop in your eyes to prevent drying of the cornea. The typical anesthetic medications are normally quickly metabolized and your vision should return to normal
Yes. This almost always resolves.
In anesthesia, we use lubricant for eyes that can cause blurred vision. But disappear minutes or hours after. There are also some drugs that could cause it also. But soon disappear.
