Can antidepressants help with anger?

I am a 23 year old male. I want to know if antidepressants can help with anger?

The most typical antidepressants used today, the SSRI's (like Prozac), are not a good choice for treating anger. They often have the side effect of akathesia (a type of agitation), which can lead to more, not less, anger.
If anger is part of someone’s depression or anxiety disorder, it may help. Otherwise, anger management therapy is recommended for both anger types with or without depression.
