Can blue light glasses cause headaches?

I am a 29 year old female. I wear blue light glasses and have headaches lately. Can blue light glasses cause headaches?

Yes, in bright sunlight, the blue can cause glare.

Blue light blocking glasses are designed to reduce glare from screens which should lessen the likelihood of headaches, not cause them. Make sure the prescription is correct , if the glasses are not OTC. SO
They shouldn’t cause headaches. Is there a defect/distortion in one of lenses?
No, they shouldn’t. They protect your eyes.
