“Can cheek implants be removed?”
I am a 37 year old female. I want to know if cheek implants can be removed?

Yes. Only problem happens when the implant is Porus. Simple silastic one is easy to remove without too much difficulty. Porus one needs some soft tissue excision surrounding the implant. This may result in contour issue in the area.
Cheek implants can certainly be removed and that is sometimes necessary if they become displaced or their position is changed, causing an odd appearance. Once removed, one option can be fat transfer to the cheek region to improve projection and contour.
Good luck.
