Can you have permanent eye color change?

I am a 22 year old female. I want to change my eye color to blue. Can you have permanent eye color change?

If it's the iris of the eye you are referring to, the answer is no. Contacts with color can be used. If it is the eyeliner tattoo you are referring to, yes. Sometimes the previous dye can be removed and we have that technology and can be followed with another color.
Hi and thanks for your question. While an eye doctor may have more specific recommendations, I am not aware of any safe and reliable way to permanently lighten your eye color. You could consider contacts which
would give you the desired effect. Best of luck.
