Can floaters be cured with eye drops?

I am a 43 year old male and I see floaters. Can floaters be cured with eye drops?

This depends on the etiology of the floaters. Common, everyday floaters are usually benign and are secondary to the changes of the vitreous humor associated with aging. Floaters can also be caused by retinal tears and should be dealt with immediately to prevent a retinal detachment. Eye drops will not remove floaters.
