“My underwear gets wet with urine often. Can this cause an infection?”
I often feel like there is some urine leak happening in my underwear. I try and change my underwear, actually I change it two times a day. Am I at risk of a urinary infection, or could this be a sign of urinary infection already?

History is important, as are age, sex, duration of symptoms, and amount of leakage.
It generally doesn't cause the infection but yes, it can be a sign of an infection.
No, but it's not good to have leaking. You should see a board certified urologist to get it evaluated.
