“Can maxillofacial surgery be used in treating jaw diseases?”
I want to know if maxillofacial surgery can treat jaw diseases? I have TMJ and use medications for it.

You may very well require surgery but you need the dentist ,orthodontist and surgeon to make that recommendation
Have you tried an occlusal splint (special type of night guard applicance)? Physical therapy? Those things might help as well, and make you feel good enough you don't want surgery.
