It depends if they affect your vision. If you see well you should be able to drive. Your vision needs to be 20/40 or better
Yes until your vision is worse than 20/40.
Depends on how bad your cataracts are. Mild cataracts may not affect your driving at all. Moderate cataracts may make headlights dazzling to the extent that you almost can't see. Very severe cataracts can actually make you not see at all.
Hello Sir,

Yes, as long as your vision is at a legal level to drive based upon your state guidelines.
Yes. Unless your vision is worse that the local guidelines. Your local ophthalmologist should be able to see and answer this question for you.
Yes, until you no longer meet the Department of Motor Vehicle's vision requirements.
It depends on your vision. In most states in the USA, you must see at least 20/40 in your better eye in order to pass the DMV vision test. If you have a cataract and do not feel safe driving because of your vision, you should not drive. You should contact your ophthalmologist and ask if your vision is good enough for driving.
It is dangerous to drive or operate machinery with any condition that prohibits full field of vision. I would make an appointment with a Cataract Sub Specialist, and ask him/her the stage of your cataracts to be certain. They will be able to give you an answer by diagnosing your cataracts. Without seeing you in my office, I cannot recommend driving.

Yes, as long as your corrected visual acuity meets the legal threshold for your state. However, increased symptoms while driving with either sun glare or limitation of night driving due to glare from headlights is often an indication that surgery is warranted.
Yes but vision will get worse in time
